Formerly part of Brunel University, Cooper’s Hill luxury retirement village is located within the 66 acres of the Magna Carta Park in the village of Englefield Green, near Runnymede in Surrey. Opening in November 2019, the luxury village will comprise 128 retirement properties, the Audley Club health and fitness suite, tennis courts, putting green, restaurant and library.
Art Projects have commissioned the artist Alex Fox to design a series of site-specific, historically related metal laser cut designs to function as decorative ventilation grilles to the discreet underground car parking facilities.
