Telford Homes Plc have commissioned artist, Alex Fox, to develop a design for the focal entrance to their latest residential development at Hackney Wick, London.
The design has evolved from the artist’s intimate knowledge of the vicinity… he once had a studio in the old warehouse upon which this new development is sited. The design for the gates depicts life – in its diverse varieties – from dawn to well after dark!
It is hoped that the gates will depict and commemorate life in Hackney Wick prior to transformation. Project submitted for planning approval, July 2018.
